Our annual fundraising golf event will be played at Ashley Plantation Golf Club in Daleville, Virginia on September 18, 2013.

 

• Captain’s Choice format with a shotgun start at 1:00 PM
• Enter individually or as a team
• Prizes and awards will be given
• A lunch cookout at AshleyPlantation prior to the tournament

Fundraising efforts like our annual golf tournament allow us to expand transit options without adding to the local tax burden. UHSTS, Inc. (RADAR) is a non-profit corporation established to expand and enhance our community transportation through representation, education and effective use of resources in the greater Roanoke Valley.

Tournament Format
Event is limited to the first 25 teams, entry deadline is September 13, 2013.
  • Minimum team handicap of 45, maximum of one player per team may have a handicap of 10 or less!
• Captains Choice with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
• Four-man Team. . . . . . . . .$275
• Individual Player. . . . . . . .$75
• Mulligans. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$40 per team
Payment must accompany entry form. We can accept Cash, Checks, Visa or Mastercard
• Hole Sponsorship. . . . . . .$200
